Application Guidelines
HOW TO SUBMIT A GRANT APPLICATION First, review the Policies and Procedures section. If you feel your organization's grant request qualifies for the foundation's consideration, please note the following: APPLICATION DEADLINES Grant applications are reviewed by the foundation's board of directors on a quarterly basis. For a grant to be reviewed in the first quarter, it must be received by Dec. 1 of the prior year; the second quarter deadline is March 1; third quarter deadline is June 1, and fourth quarter deadline is Sept. 1. It is not possible for applicants to make presentations at the board meetings. All grant submissions must use the downloadable grant application below, with no expansion to the application form as it stands. Please follow these instructions carefully: Download the grant application PDF file to your personal computer. Enter your organization's information and answer the grant application questions by typing directly into the PDF file on your computer.
